Dance Divaz offer the coolest choreographed dance moves to the hippest tunes! If you love to dance and want to get fit we have the class for you.

Each session begins with a warm up followed by the main dances and finishes with relaxation and stretching exercises. Pupils will dance, exercise, have fun, increase their co-ordination, concentration, stamina and dance skills.

The sessions vary in each class, the Young Divaz classes offer simple dance routines that build confidence, dance skills, body co-ordination skills and are a lot of fun. The Junior and Senior Divaz classes offer more complex and structured routines, teach choreography skills and encourage the pupils to create their own dance routines.
